1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phfun.com ("phfun.com," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phfun.com website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

phfun.com reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and any funds in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on phfun.com, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

phfun.com supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your phfun.com account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant.
• phfun.com does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• phfun.com reserves the right to reverse deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• phfun.com aims to process approved GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• phfun.com reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

phfun.com complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines. Unusual transaction patterns may be reported to relevant authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phfun.com offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phfun.com reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting software errors, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

phfun.com offers a wide range of games including slots, live dealer table games, fishing games, virtual sports, and specialty titles. The following rules apply to all gaming activity on phfun.com:

• All RNG-based games on phfun.com use certified random number generators that are independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, phfun.com will resolve the situation in accordance with the applicable game rules. Where a round cannot be completed, the wager will be refunded to the player's account.

• Collusion between players in any game, including live poker or other multiplayer formats, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phfun.com. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your phfun.com account.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the phfun.com Platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the phfun.com Platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phfun.com staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Accessing phfun.com from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Responsible Gaming

Any unauthorised use of phfun.com intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phfun.com and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or service interruptions.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• Damages arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the phfun.com Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the phfun.com service, whether planned or unplanned.

phfun.com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phfun.com account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phfun.com's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

phfun.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by a person under 21 years of age.
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure).
• As required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not withdrawable upon account closure.

You may request voluntary closure of your phfun.com account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

12. Privacy & Data

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phfun.com Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent phfun.com from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
